About Us

Erin is an attorney with Rogers Law Firm. She focuses her legal practice in representing single and multi-family housing owners, operators, and management companies in the areas of residential landlord-tenant matters, including drafting and interpreting lease documents, fair housing claims, and assisting clients in disputes over security deposits, repair and remedy, breach of lease, collections, code enforcement, and vendor disputes. Erin has extensive experience in the area of evictions, both at the Justice Court level and the County Court level for eviction appeals.

In addition to her ligation experience, Erin is a certified mediator that brings a dispute resolution perspective to each of her client’s matters for effective case management.

While born and raised in California, Erin got to central Texas as fast as she could. In her spare time, Erin enjoys traveling, water sports, and spending time with her husband and son.
